So many questions are unanswered about the Gonski School funding reforms. Will the Gonski report recommendations be implemented? Will the billions in extra funding actually materialize? When? Will it be spent on the things that have the biggest impact on education outcomes?
Will it be allocated equitably – public vs private schools, disadvantaged vs other students, primary vs secondary?
We don’t know the answers to these and many other related questions. But we have no doubt that teachers and involved parents will continue to focus on getting the best education outcomes for their students and children, regardless of how the Gonski funding finally evolves. At LearnFast we certainly will do so as well.

Question: “I saw your ‘call to action’ on Facebook about Auditory Processing. I have a child who suffers from this and wondered if you could explain how Fast ForWord helps?”
Answer: That particular Facebook post ranked as the most clicked on post ever on our page – so the problem is clearly very common. It’s important to know you are not alone in your struggle and we look forward to receiving videos from people in our community and sharing them with you.
Fast ForWord retrains the auditory system through intensive repetition so that it can process language efficiently. It builds phonological skills and strengthens auditory working memory. When all of these cognitive functions are ‘automatic’ and work together, it is like adding RAM to your computer—you gain speed and efficiency to concentrate on other tasks like comprehension, problem solving and ‘outside the box’ thinking.
